Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication provider details, and sign-in activity.

Billing and subscription information required to manage plans, payments, renewals, refunds, invoices, quota, and account access.

Product usage information, such as feature activity, selected AI model, quota consumption, error logs, device and app version, and connection status between the desktop app and Blender.

User-provided content, including prompts, chat messages, scene instructions, uploaded or referenced assets, voluntary debug reports, and feedback you submit through the product or support channels.

Provide, secure, operate, and improve Blender Agent, including AI-assisted Blender workflows, account management, subscription access, and support.

Process payments, prevent abuse, enforce quota limits, diagnose technical issues, and communicate important product or account updates.

Analyze aggregate usage trends so we can improve reliability, performance, onboarding, documentation, and product quality.

Blender Agent may send prompts, chat context, tool instructions, and related metadata to AI providers or infrastructure partners so the product can generate responses and perform Blender tasks.

Blender scene files, local project files, and local assets remain on your device unless you explicitly upload, paste, reference, or submit them through the product or support channels.

We do not use your prompts, chat content, Blender scene data, or generated output to train our own models unless we ask for and receive your explicit permission.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party content unless you have the right to use it with AI services and with Blender Agent.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the product, including hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, customer support, security, and AI processing.

Current provider categories include Google OAuth for sign-in, PayPal for payment processing, cloud hosting and database providers for backend operations, and configured AI model providers for AI responses.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We keep account and subscription records while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

Billing records may be retained by PayPal and by us as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Operational logs and voluntary debug reports are retained only as long as reasonably needed for reliability, security, and support.

Session chat history is intended for product operation and user experience, not long-term backend scene storage. Blender scene files and local assets are not stored by Blender Agent unless you explicitly submit them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational limits.

You can stop using the product, cancel paid access, or contact us about privacy requests at support@blender-agent.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, website, or account email.
