Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms govern your access to Blender Agent. They are designed for the product as it exists today: an AI-powered Blender companion with web billing, desktop workflows, a Blender connector, and AI model access.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Blender Agent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Blender Agent includes the website, web dashboard, desktop app, Blender connector, backend APIs used by the app, AI features, documentation, and related services.

If you have questions about these Terms, contact support@blender-agent.ai.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and may not impersonate another person or use the service for unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, quota, and payments

Paid plans provide access to usage quota, features, or subscription periods shown at purchase or in your billing dashboard.

Prices, plan limits, discounts, and included quota may change. Changes do not affect an already-paid subscription period unless required by law or explicitly stated.

Payments are processed through PayPal or another payment processor shown at checkout. Your use of that processor is also subject to its terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for taxes, payment method validity, renewals, and cancellation before a renewal date when applicable. Refunds, credits, and failed or reversed payment handling may depend on the plan terms shown at purchase, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Blender Agent to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack systems, bypass quotas, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with service operation.

You may not submit content that you do not have the right to use or that creates safety, legal, privacy, or intellectual property risk for Blender Agent or other users.

5. AI output and user content

You are responsible for prompts, assets, instructions, and other content you submit, and for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your project. Blender Agent does not guarantee that generated Blender actions, code, scenes, or assets will meet your expectations.

AI-generated tool calls, scripts, and Blender operations may modify or delete scene content. Save backups and review changes before using Blender Agent on important production files.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain your rights in content you submit and are responsible for any rights needed to use resulting output. To the extent Blender Agent has rights in output generated for you, we assign those rights to you, but we do not guarantee output is unique or free of third-party claims.

6. Third-party AI providers

Blender Agent may route prompts, chat context, tool instructions, and related metadata to configured third-party AI model providers so they can generate responses.

Third-party AI providers are not controlled by Blender Agent. Their own terms, privacy policies, data handling practices, and model limitations may apply.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party content unless you have the right to use it with Blender Agent and the relevant AI providers.

7. Service changes and suspension

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a harmful way.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Blender Agent is an AI-assisted creative tool, not a substitute for professional judgment, quality assurance, legal review, licensing review, or production pipeline validation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blender Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or project losses.

9. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use Blender Agent if you are located in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity located in, a country or territory subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes, or if your use would violate export control laws.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Blender Agent after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are product documentation and should be reviewed with counsel before broad commercial launch or material legal changes.
